[gnome-flashback] Nautilus preferences menu hidden in Ubuntu Xenial

I had not noticed this until it was mentioned at Ubuntu Forums but in 
Xenial you can't access location options as you could in Trusty, so 
there is no easy way edit preferences. I wonder if it's a regression to 
this behavior:
