[gnome-flashback] Notifications in GNOME Flashback 3.16.1

Hi,

this is for everyone who does not use notification-daemon, but are using other applications to show notifications.

gnome-settings-daemon use notifications to inform user about low disk space. In 3.16.1 they removed fallback option (show popup dialog) if notification application does not support actions.

That means - if notification application does not return "actions" as one of capabilities you will never see any message about low disk space.

NotifyOSD is at least one application that does not support 'actions'.
