Unfortunately it's still not very usable until the following bugs are not fixed:
Try to show end session dialog even GNOME Shell is not running:

GtkMenu has unnecessary scroll buttons:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=738321
And one major feature, the media keys support is still missing.
