Hi Alberts,

1st, I just noticed your instructions here.

https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-flashback-list/2014-August/msg00006.html

It is outdated now...
1. wip branches does not exist now.
2. it is enough to add this as modules ['meta-gnome-core',
'meta-gnome-flashback']
3. --session=gnome-flashback-metacity or --session-gnome-flashback-compiz

2nd, There is /usr/include/cpufreq.h installed. As someone who is used
to dpkg packaging, this seems weird. "yum provides
/usr/include/cpufreq.h" states that it is installed by both
"kernel-headers" and "kernel-tools-libs-devel".

Also, "yum provides *libcpufreq*" seems to state that nothing provides
a file like /usr/lib/libcpufreq.so.0 or /usr/lib/libcpufreq.so , which
are present on Ubuntu.

Perhaps Fedora uses some other subsystem? I found this patch for
cpupower for mate-applets.

http://www.tw.xemacs.org/Gentoo/gentoo-portage/mate-base/mate-applets/files/mate-applets-1.6.2-r1-replace-cpufreq-by-cpupower.patch

Updated master branch. Now you can use --with-cpufreq-lib=cpupower. In
jhbuild:

module_autogenargs['gnome-applets'] = '--with-cpufreq-lib=cpupower'

Default is not changed!

Thank you, gnome-applets and the rest of gnome-flashback now build.

I had trouble building webkitgtk (part of meta-gnome-core), but I
assume that is not needed for starting a GNOME Flashback session.

I have a problem starting a GNOME Flashback session, but I will send a
separate email about it.
