[gnome-flashback] Logout dialog with gnome-session>=3.10

Hi,

could you integrate the 'gnome-session-end-dialog' program into
gnome-panel from the following commit?

It was developed in a separated branch, but never merged due to the
deprecation of GNOME fallback mode:

The interface name should be probably changed from
'org.gnome.SessionManager.EndSessionDialog' to 'org.gnome.Shell', but
I suppose that it solves the logout problem (impossible to logout)
from GNOME Flashback with gnome-session 3.10 and later (not tested).
