[gnome-flashback] Gnome Flashback on multiple screens

Hi all,

recently subscribed to this list. Reading through message archives I saw that Dmitry linked multi-screen fix. Wanted to say that it is not complete fix. With that fix gnome-panels on all other screens are created empty. All objects are created on first screen panel pair.

I have created second patch which will completely fix gnome-panel. I tested patch on ubuntu 13.10, it seems to work like it should. Link to patch - https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=704019

But that patch includes one extra fix for gnome-panel's background. Which may not be correct fix... I am running patched version and it seems to work, I don't see any regression.
