Subido. Respecto al bug sobre el uso de strftime, me comentan lo siguiente:

Daniel, in this case the 'when' variable is this:

date = unicode_strftime('%c', time.localtime(msg['time']))

And the explanation for %c is this: "The  preferred  date  and  time
representation  for the current locale."

¿Es suficiente con esto?
