Feedback from the website

Hi all, Fred has kindly implemented a simple way to collect feedback
from the website by adding a mailto: link to the bottom of every page.
The emails currently go to docs-feedback gnome org which is a mailing
list. Sorry about the couple of emails that went to docs gnome org!

If you are interested in hearing the feedback and receiving plenty of
spam, then please feel free to subscribe to the list.

This is just an experiment to see how well or how badly this will work
out. There is potential to make the link open a pre-filled bugzilla
page in the future, if we don't get too much spam and plenty of useful
feedback.
