Updating gnome-user-docs for 3.10

There are still a few tasks left for the 3.10 update which we should
try to finish by the 3.10.2 release. To give translators enough time,
lets try to get these done by Friday the 8th of November.

Most importantly, we need to change instructions for getting to
settings by clicking one's name in the top bar. The new system menu
does not have the user's name in the top bar. An example of the change
can be seen in

All help in updating these pages is welcome. As you go through them,
it would be great if you could check the instructions and fix or
