gnome-online-accounts: UI freeze break request (#708399)

Hello everybody,

I would like to request a UI freeze break so that we can use better icons for
chat accounts: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=708399

Screenshots are attached in the bug report.

Please note that I have only pushed the patch to master. I need your permission
to push it to gnome-3-10 for 3.10.1.
