Boxes: One last freeze break

Hi,
  Yes, I know that I'm quickly gaining reputation of a freeze breaker
but my intention is only to make 3.10 as awesome as possible. I would
like to request yet another freeze break for moving to client-side
decoration:

This will not only make Boxes look and feel more consistent with rest
of the GNOME 3 apps but also goes nicely with the other UI change that
was previous approved for freeze break:

P.S. FWIW, I'm very hopeful that this is the last freeze break request
