I really think this kind of change is covered by the freeze.
It's a noticeable change in what the user sees. That said,
I don't object to the change.
Docs team: This isn't mentioned on files-search (although that
entire page probably needs a redo with the new Files search).
It is briefly mentioned on files-browse. We can probably just
drop one sentence.
