Small Bugzilla cleanup (gnome-docu vs gnome-devel-docs)

For historical reasons that I don't know,
the GNOME Bugzilla product "gnome-docu" had two components:

The GNOME Bugzilla product "gnome-devel-docs" has the same components,
among others:

* gdp-handbook     The GNOME Handbook of Writing Software Documentation 
* gdp-style-guide  The GNOME Documentation Style Guide 

I've moved all reports from "gnome-docu" to "gnome-devel-docs" and
closed the "gnome-docu" product.
