Eye of GNOME UI Freeze Break Request

Hi!

I'd like to request a last minute UI freeze break request for eog.

During the current development cycle we added support for hiding eog's
titlebar when it's maximized similar to how boxes or documents do it.
The menubar moves into the place of the titlebar then.

Apparently this could become problematic in terms of accidentially
triggering gnome-shell's activities menu when one tries to reach eog's
"Image" menu. See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=671643 .

So, I'd like to revert that change for 3.4 again, so we can re-evaluate
the change for 3.6 (leave out, reimplement, plugin).
As far as I understand I need a UI freeze break for this.

Code-wise this is a one-liner that makes eog look like before when
maximized.
