Hi Karl,
Sorry for the delay. I'm the guy who's supposed to know all this,
but I've been taking a bit of a break this release cycle. I think
the right syntax is help:opensuse-manuals/book.opensuse.startup,
i.e. without the extension. I didn't test it, but I glanced at
the code.
