For the documentation? Probably not the best to ask me that. I only have
one type of tablet, and there's 3 different layouts depending on
capabilities (as can be seen by launching the test-wacom test
application in g-c-c).
If it's for other uses, it pretty much matches the hacked version from
Cosimo in comment 11, and you can see the different types in test-wacom.
