Notes for sysadmin guide

Hi All,

Here are some of the notes I've come up with for the SysAdmin guide. It is by no means complete. Jeremy and I had discussed some different ways of organizing this, but I suppose this is more of a topic brainstorming list for now.

What we had discussed was providing big-picture information about dconf configurations up front so that someone can see how the dconf profiles work. We can then provide examples that illustrate how they work in practice, but the goal should be so that someone could make up their own configurations based on the broader dconf-info and the examples.

I'll add these items to the wiki in a more coordinated way once I get back home.  I'm headed out now.   : )

Great seeing all of you, and thanks for all of your help.  : )
