I'd say that you are knocking on the right door and would suggest you to file a bug for Banshee at GNOME Bugzilla for all the suggestions that you might have. Be sure to choose the "Component: docs" if the bug is related to the user documentation... ;)

In general I think it is a good idea to document how to stop anything that you explain how to start.

Is this the right email to send documentation issues in general?  I rely heavily on documentation and would like to contribute suggestions for improvement.
