String additions to Nautilus

I got release-team approval for the new help menu items in
Nautilus, so I've pushed some new strings. These are titles
and tooltips of menu items.

"_All Topics"
"Search for files"
"Locate files based on file name and type. Save your searches for later
use."
"Sort files and folders"
"Arrange files by name, size, type, or when they were changed."
"Find a lost file"
"Follow these tips if you can't find a file you created or downloaded."
"Share and transfer files"
"Easily transfer files to your contacts and devices from the file
manager."

All but the first one are taken from title and desc elements
in gnome-help, which you can find here:
