regarding Development of GNOME themes

I have install all the header files and libraries for c programming
but when I am compiling the guitar-tuner (example code)
then it is showing the error as follows:
/home/guitar-tuner/src/main.c:5:21: fatal error: gst/gst.h: No such file or directory
what should I do for it?
please help me!!!
