Missing topics in gnome-help

Hi folks,

I'm looking over gnome-help right now. Pleasantly surprised
with what's in there. I'm just going to brain-dump some topic
areas I think we should cover, but I don't see.

Printing (setting up printers, printer options, etc)
Scanning (ditto)
Formatting drives (usb sticks, external hard drives, etc)
Writing CDs/DVDs
Sharing/transferring files
Entering special characters
