[PATCH]g-h/hardware-cardreader: clarify memory card abbreviations

Hi,

I just wanted to submit this slight modification of the card reader troubleshooting page per Phil's suggestion. Also, I would like to tackle printing-setup-drivers next if nobody objects. (Thanks again for accepting me into the program, I'm so excited!)
