212 pages with outdated status

Hi everybody!
We have 212 pages with an outdated status. Sorry for my n00bness, but why is it like this? Shouldn't them be marked as 'final'? Is there any important detail I'm still missing? Is it because GNOME 3.0.0 was
already released?
