Mallard FAQ

Before I forget, I just wanted to mention we really should write a FAQ
about Mallard.  I find myself once a week explaining a lot of the same
things.

If anyone wants to start one on lgo we can migrate it to
projectmallard.org later.  I'm willing to help as well - I just wanted
to mention it before I forget.

(And if we're really ambitious we should get channel ops for #docs so we
can add it to the topic in #docs).
