Tomboy branch gnome-2-30 created

Hey folks,

The hook that should have sent ya'all an email when I branched for
GNOME 2.30.x failed, so this email is just to let you know that Tomboy
has, in fact, branched.  The name of the branch is (surprise)
gnome-2-30.

Tomboy 1.2.x stable releases will come from gnome-2-30, whereas new
unstable 1.3.x releases will come from git master.
