Team Meeting Sunday at 17:00 UTC

Hi folks,

This is just a friendly reminder that we have a team meeting
this Sunday.  We will start doing our meetings weekly as of
this week.

Also, Milo, Phil, and I decided to adjust the UTC meeting time
because of daylight savings.  Most of us have now moved our
clocks one hour forward, and we thought it was best to keep
the meeting time the same in "human time".  So for the rest of
the summer, meetings will be at 17:00 UTC.
