Hi folks,

Máirín blogged about Charline's report on Empathy usability at
the UX hackfest:

There's a lot of first-hand user frustrations in there.  While
our usability folks work on improving Empathy, we should see if
we can address any of these issues in the help.

Should we schedule an IRC meeting to pick through this together?
