BTW, is there an option to generate PDF from Mallard directly? I mean,
by using an appropriate XML → PDF converter, with a LaTeX-like
appearance. This is a big advantage of DocBook, I can create a lot of
other formats directly from the DocBook XML code. But as far as I can
see, from Mallard I can generate HTML only (and print it out to a PDF
file, but that's not the same...).
