New strings in pessulus

Hey,

So I added two new strings in pessulus:

 + Cannot contact the GConf server
 + This usually happens when running this application with 'su' instead
   of 'su -'.\nIf this is not the case, you can look at the output of
   the application to get more details.

(first one is the primary message of a dialog, and the second one is the
secondary message)

This describes an error on startup, when we can't connect to gconf. The
secondary message explains one of the most usual case where this
happens. It's actually quite bad to have such a dialog, but, well,
nothing else can be done when this happens :/
