Update to gospanel.xml

Hi guys,

I've attached a patch to
gnome-user-docs/trunk/gnome2-user-guide/C/gospanel.xml. The following
changes have been made:

      * Quite a few grammar/spelling corrections and rewordings for
        clarity.
      * Mentioned new features such as the world clock and the ability
        to reorder window list buttons.
      * Changed links to reference the new Appearance capplet.
      * Updated instructions referring to changed UI elements.
      * Use more realistic examples for file/directory paths.
      * Update Launcher Properties section to reflect UI changes.
      * Removed the table of special codes for .desktop files, since it
        seemed unnecessary.
      * Standardised format of entries to the Button section.
      * Changed instructions to reflect the updated Add to Panel dialog.
      * Added links to other material where appropriate.
      * Removed section on the Screenshot applet, since there isn't one
        any more.
      * Removed references to the old Actions menu on the Menu Bar.
      * Change some index terms to C English from International English.
      * Reorder sections about the different main menus by importance
        (default menu first).
      * Update Drawers section to reflect UI changes.
      * Remove Main Menu section from "Default Panel Objects".
      * Update section on Window List preferences to reflect UI changes.

This patch should fully update this section of the user guide for GNOME
2.24, except for the following issues:

      * The CD player (gnome-cd) no longer seems to be included in any
GNOME distributions, so it shouldn't be used as an example of a
notification area icon. Is there anything reasonably universal
that could be used to replace it? I was thinking of nm-applet or
Brasero, but they're not officially part of the GNOME Desktop
        IIRC.
      * Is the Window Selector applet still a default panel applet for
vanilla GNOME? I've been testing on the GNOME 2.24 VMware Live
Demo (which uses Foresight) and it's not used by default.

Thanks,

Phil
