One more new string (well, an ngettext pair) that was the result of
fixing bgo#363820. It's nice to have this nearly 3-year-old bug fixed.
#. Translators: people can enter a string of text that is
#. too wide for a spreadsheet cell. This string will be
#. spoken if such a cell is encountered.
#.
#: ../src/orca/scripts/apps/soffice/speech_generator.py:341
#, python-format
msgid "%d character too long"
msgid_plural "%d characters too long"
Thanks again for all your hard work, everyone.

Two more strings from bgo#570070, which was a request from our users to
eliminate the word "item" from positional/index information in order to
reduce the verbosity/chattiness of the spoken output:
From: msgid "on item %(index)d of %(total)d"
To: msgid "on %(index)d of %(total)d"
From: msgid "item %(index)d of %(total)d"
To: msgid "%(index)d of %(total)d"

There's also a new string from bgo#585948 (just committed):
"Translators: This checkbox toggles whether or not Orca says the child
position (e.g., 'item 6 of 7')."
msgid="Speak child p_osition"
This also represents a UI change and we'll update the Orca docs
accordingly.
Thanks much for all your hard work,

Hi all.
I didn't realize that the string announcement period had already begun.
Sorry! There are a number of string changes in Orca since the 13th:

From bgo bug #582506 (Use GtkBuilder instead of libglade):
These are technically not new strings. But in the process of
the conversion, I concluded that merely marking such generic
words for translation wasn't ideal. So I gave them context.
