Hi, I need some help with Bug 577111
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577111), which is about
keyboard shortcuts in the Glossary of the GNOME User Guide.
In the glossary, we have:
keyboard shortcut
A keyboard shortcut is a key or combination
of keys that provides an alternative to standard ways of
performing an action.
And:
shortcut keys
Shortcut keys are keystrokes that provide a quick way to perform
an action.
As the bug points out, this seems redundant. Which one is correct?
I'm willing to fix the docs and the bug, but need some help
understanding which one is correct.
As the bug also points out, the second option (shortcut keys) is used
in the glossary, goscustdesk, gosbasic files as well.
Thanks.
Paul
