Adding documentation of platform libraries (e.g. gstreamer, cairo) to library.gnome.org

Hi,

I think it's a good idea to add the documentation of gstreamer, cairo
and ... to library.gnome.org. Now I need to switch between sites when
I need to look up something when coding a GNOME app.
