Spacing/Border changes in gnome-session-properties

I've just committed a small patch that change spacing and borders values
for widgets inside gnome-session-properties tabs.

Now the "extern" border is 12 pixels, and spacing between widgets is 6
pixels. So now it should be HIG compliant.
