Earlier in the 2.21 cycle we switched the "important" icon in Evolution's mail message list from "emblem-important" to "mail-mark-important". We had a change of heart and decided we like the old "emblem-important" icon better, so that's what we're using now. I've attached screenshots that illustrate the difference.
