Eye of GNOME UI change

Hi,

I just committed a patch to add an "Help"-button to EOG's toolbar
editor. See the bug for details.

Attached to the bug is an image (used for the manual chapter) which
shows the "new" editor window.

The patch also adds a new chapter to the help manual.
