Seahorse branched for 2.22

Seahorse has been branched for 2.22.  The branch can be found in
gnome-2-22.  Development continues in trunk.

Plans for the next release involve removing dependence on libgnome and
other deprecated libraries, a icon makeover and dbus interface
improvements.
