[dia] manual enhancements

Hello,
I added some stuff to Dia's manual,
but needs an English reviewer for the section I added,
and someone to makes 2 captures of dialog boxes,
both in png and postscript format, as the ones
I added are in French :)

Section is 3.4.1 "color dialog box"

Also, I do not know who is in charge to commit the stuff.
