SVN maintenance

Hi :o)
I've had a trawl through the gnome-user-docs module and here are a few
things that I think could do with cleaning up:
-Bug 415937 - Remove old unused files from svn
-Bug 415932 - AUTHORS file unmaintained
-Bug 415940 – Cleanup of README and HACKERS files
Just putting this here for those who don't stay glued to bugzilla :o)
