GHex and g-d-u

Hi all,

GHex doc has been converted to gnome-doc-utils today. Rodney Dawes has
already begun to create a po file for each existing manual. Languages
concerned:
sv, es, ko, ja, it, de, zh_TW, zh_CN

Please, at least update the po and fill the po file headers so as stats
will display correctly on:
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/ghex
