Migrating older docs to gnome-doc-utils

Hi,

I'm attempting to migrate the ghex module in SVN to gnome-doc-utils. I
have everything set up to build, but the newly generated po files are
missing the translated versions of the documentation. Is there any way
to get these translations automatically pulled from the xml file into
the new po files?
