String change in evolution

String "Notifies the user with tray icon and a notify message whenever
a new message is arrived" is changed to "Notifies the user with tray
icon and a notify message whenever a new message has arrived." in
plugins/mail-notification/org-gnome-mail-notification.eplug.xml

The string is displayed in the description section in the plugin
manager (Edit->Plugins)
