GNOME Games migration to GDU complete

I've just committed the last patch on
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398471 ; with this, the
migration of GNOME Games to GDU is complete.

GNOME Games contains the following manuals:
aisleriot/help
blackjack/help
glchess/help
glines/help
gnect/help
gnibbles/help
gnobots2/help
gnome-sudoku/help
gnometris/help
gnomine/help
gnotravex/help
gnotski/help
gtali/help
iagno/help
mahjongg/help
same-gnome/help

Please note that existing old-style translations were _not_ migrated;
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsTranslationMigration contains
instructions for translators on how to do that.
