Thanks, I've taken a look at this.
A few points:

Docs have their own ChangeLog file in help/

There appear to be no figures, either for the app
screenshot or the panel icons table. 
We can kill off the screenshot ('figure 1'), but
without the icons half the manual isn't very useful.
Do you think you could do these?

'To Add Network Monitor to a Panel' is out of date
too. You can be brief here, and link to the User
Guide: the id is ghelp:user-guide?panels-addobject
(which itself is out of date, as the Add to Panel
dialog seems to change every single version of GNOME).
