regarding gdialog shell scripts

Hello sir
we came to know about your mail address thru the manuals of gdialog
I am trying to develop some shell scripts using gdialog but screen 
display is not getting properly
I am sending that shell with this mail
and any new gdialog scripts please send them as attachment for examples
