What's wrong with ScrollKeeper?

1. scrollkeeper needs recompiled to support some languages
2. No API access to registered documents
3. Categories are hardcoded and there is no process to add
   new categories
4. the whole installation procedure for docs sucks

Yeah its mostly the braindead installation procedure I dont like. To me if I install/update a docs package something like scrollkeeper should notice things have changed and just update itself.
