String change in gnome-control-center

Hi,

To fix the use of a 'thin' accel key (bug 328884), a string has just
changed:

<b>D_irect internet connection</b>

to

<b>Di_rect internet connection</b>

This is part of the gnome-network-preferences dialog, the proxy
selection tab.
