Changes On the Gnome User Guide

I'd made some changes on the struct of the tables of
contents of GNOME User Guide, resently on the Panel, and need to know
if this is correct to continue to work.

Is this changes already on the DocBook format?

Is it correct?

Can I continue to work in the Wiki, or I need to learn about XML, DocBook and find a suitable XML editor to send patches?
