Add yourself now. You've already made significant
contributions, so you deserve to be credited.

Generally, we add an entry to the revision history
when we make a stable release, or when we feel the
document is final before the stable release. More
entries may be added if significant work is done
for further stable point releases.

Whenever we feel that the User Guide is really
spiffy and new, and we can really make a fuss
about how great it is. It used to be that the
release notes just automatically had this bit
about the documentation being great, even when
it wasn't. Then we stopped, because my mama
taught me it ain't right to lie.
