bugzilla components

As I recently found, parts of the GDP handbook need
fixing.[1]
I've just got my CVS account, so I should be able to
take care of that particular problem.

But in general, where in bugzilla should problems in
the handbook and style guide be reported? Is there
even a component defined for them? If not, should we
ask for one and what should it be?
